Restaurant Radar | Two| A Point in Fells

Hello Loves,

I am back again with another post about food (my favorite thing in life)!!!

Literally,

I turned the corner and this little place appeared. It instantly made me feel like I had stumbled upon a quiet southern towns' main street. If it wasn't 30degrees outside I definitely would have eaten outside. I love to people and place watch.

Side Note:

One of the hidden treasures about this place is that it specializes in Jameson induced products. Literally there is a Jameson club and almost all of the drinks include Jameson as well.

And just in case you didn't know about the upcoming events, you are sweetly reminded of them in the bathroom stall. I had to giggle to myself just because I made it a point to actually read the events before I realized that we were already in February, as I made my way to a window seat.

My meal was just a perfect little addition to my day. I always try something new for these Blog Posts. These fried donuts with apple and caramel sauce was the perfect appetizer. In the past, I have always been a little scared to try different tastes but now it is full on.

Secondly I ordered a Lobster and Brie Cheese grilled sandwich. Now, I can tell you that I have not had a grilled cheese sandwich in about five years. I have never had a lobster and cheese sandwich I was super excited at the notion of trying it.

My drink was a house special and worth it. It was some version of the House Lemonade with a special touch. (I really can't remember the name of it)

XOXO

Restaurant Radar| One | Kona Grill

Hello Loves,

For 2017 I wanted to introduce to my life as a Blogger living in Baltimore, Maryland. Maryland hosts some of the best restaurants in the country. Specifically in Baltimore, our central hub, we can pretty much have any type of food we want every night of the week.

My goal is to lead you through 52 restaurants this year, one per week. As the year has already started and I am a little late with this post, I plan to play catch up (excitedly). I am going to do this without looking at any Baltimore Restaurant guides or reviews. I am just going to be a Foodie/Humble (but damn good) Cook exploring the depths of her city with her camera and notebook in hand.

My first restaurant of choice was Kona Grill. It sits on our beautiful Harbor in central downtown Baltimore. It is a Sushi Bar and Asian & American Restaurant.

On a personal note, I love Sushi (cooked) that is, but I am willing to try anything. So much so, that I had watched "The Rachel Zoe Project" so much that as soon as I landed in LA I ran to Sushi Roku in Beverly Hills and was so underwhelmed.

As this is my first blog post, I forgot to take pics of the name and oh of myself!!! So here goes nothing.

I started with a Tropical Long Island.

The Dragon Roll

The Dragon Roll

Of course, I started my meal with a bit of Sushi. I ordered the Dragon Roll and let me say that it was definitely a healthy portion. They get a thumbs up from me for this one.

Chicken and Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

The second thing I ordered on the menu was the Chicken and Shrimp Lettuce Wraps. Now let me say that I am not a huge fan. I like it enough to share a small portion with someone and I like the spicy punch that it gives off. But there is something a little off about the taste. I can't put my finger on it. I would choose the ones from P.F. Changs any time.

The Ultimate Chocolate Martini

The Ultimate Chocolate Martini

I ended this night with a Chocolate Martini. It was absolutely the best liquid dessert ever (insert laughter).

Now I know that this is not the best take on this menu, but I will say that I didn't have the biggest appetite when I arrived, and this was the best I could do for that night. I promise the next Restaurant Radar will be a little more plentiful.

Until Next Time My Lovelies!!
